Our leis are handcrafted to order and need 7–10 days to prepare, so please order at least 14 days before your event. For graduations, weddings and large orders, earlier is even better.

Yes. Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend a date 1–2 days before your event (at least 2 days for orders of 25+ leis or $500+). Orders ship Monday through Thursday, so there are no weekend deliveries.

Our leis are made from fresh flowers, so a style or color is sometimes unavailable. We’ll contact you before anything ships and offer the closest match. If you’d rather not take the substitute, we’ll refund that part of your order in full.

Free FedEx Overnight shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $55.

Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority from Hawaiʻi with ice packs. States west of Idaho, Utah and Arizona receive it the next business day; Idaho, Utah, Arizona and everywhere east (including Texas) receive it in 2 business days.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take a few hours for the carrier’s tracking to update.

Our Fresh-Arrival Promise has you covered. If your leis arrive damaged or wilted, email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll send replacements, or refund those leis if a replacement can’t reach you in time. If FedEx delivers too late for your event, we refund the late leis.

Refrigerated, orchid leis last up to 7 days. Ti leaf and maile leis usually last 3–7 days, and more delicate flowers may have a shorter life.

Open the box as soon as it arrives. Lightly mist your lei with clean water, place it in a sealed plastic bag, and refrigerate it at 45–50°F (never the freezer). Keep it away from fruit, direct sunlight and strong airflow.
