Your lei arrives fresh and on time, or we make it right. A lei is for a moment that only happens once, so we take the risk off your shoulders.

The promise

• Arrived damaged or wilted? Email a photo of the lei and the box (with the shipping label showing) to leiwhisperer@leisofpolynesia.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will ship free replacements for the affected leis. If a replacement can’t reach you before your event, we will refund those leis instead.
• Arrived too late? If you ordered at least 14 days before your delivery date, and FedEx delivers after that date and too late for your event, we will refund the late leis in full.

To keep the promise fair for everyone, please give a correct address where someone can receive the box on delivery day, open the box as soon as it arrives, refrigerate your leis right away (45–50°F, never the freezer), and send your photo within 24 hours. One claim per order. The promise covers the price of the affected leis and does not cover an incorrect address, a refused or missed delivery, leis left unopened or unrefrigerated, or a change of mind.

If we can’t fill your order

Our leis are handcrafted from fresh flowers, so a style or color is sometimes unavailable. If that happens, we’ll contact you before anything ships and offer the closest match. If you’d rather not take the substitute, we’ll refund that part of your order in full. If we ever have to cancel your order, you get a full refund with no fees. The Fresh-Arrival Promise covers leis after they’ve shipped.

Large orders (25+ leis or $500+)

Big celebrations deserve a little extra planning, so we can fix anything before the big day:

• Choose delivery at least 2 days before your event. Refrigerated, orchid leis stay fresh for up to 7 days, and the extra time lets us send replacements if anything goes wrong.
• Deliver to a business address when you can, like a school, church or office, where someone is there to receive the boxes.
• Check your leis and send photos within 12 hours of delivery. For large orders, we make it right with replacements, or store credit if a replacement can’t arrive in time.

Free overnight shipping on orders $99+

Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority from Hawaiʻi with ice packs, right to your door. Orders of $99 or more ship free; orders under $99 ship for a flat $55.

• States west of Idaho, Utah and Arizona: arrives the next business day.
• Idaho, Utah, Arizona and everywhere east (including Texas): arrives in 2 business days.

Orders ship Monday through Thursday, with no weekend deliveries.

When to order

Our leis are handcrafted to order and need 7–10 days to prepare. Order at least 14 days before your event and choose a delivery date 1–2 days before it (at least 2 days for large orders). Need something sooner? Email us and we will check what is available.
