All leis are shipped via Fedex

Shipping Options and Rates

Expedited Shipping: After order placement, processing time varies by seasonal demand. Shipping times are typically 2 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all 48 mainland U.S. states. 

Perishable Item Shipping

Because leis are perishable, it’s essential to receive your shipment promptly. We recommend someone be available to receive the package upon delivery.

Damages and Claims

If your leis arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items, and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 

Please keep in mind that delays, loss, or damage by carrier or due to weather issues are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
