Refund policy
Order Cancellations
- Standard Orders: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shipping date are eligible for a full refund.
- Bulk Orders (50+ leis): Require a 14-day notice for a full refund.

Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the shipping date are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
Because our leis are fresh and perishable, we have a limited return policy:

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the leis, packaging, and shipping label.
- Approved claims will be refunded or replaced based on the situation.
- General Returns: We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
Delivery Considerations
- We recommend choosing "signature release" so your order can be left safely without needing someone home to sign for it.
- If a signature is required and no one is available, the package may be delayed or returned to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by missed deliveries due to signature requirements.
