How Far in Advance Should You Order a Fresh Flower Lei?
A fresh Hawaiian lei makes graduations, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations feel more meaningful. Since our leis are handcrafted in Hawaiʻi and shipped to the continental United States, ordering early helps your lei arrive fresh and on time.
The Quick Answer
For most celebrations, order your lei at least one to two weeks before your event. For graduations, weddings, custom orders, or large groups, order three to four weeks in advance.
Your lei should usually arrive one to two days before the event. This gives you extra time in case of weather, carrier delays, or address issues.
Graduations, Weddings, and Large Orders
Graduation season is one of the busiest times of the year for fresh leis, so ordering early is important. Popular colors and styles may become limited as graduation dates get closer.
If you need more than 60 leis, please contact us directly so we can confirm availability and provide a custom shipping quote.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Many West Coast states typically receive shipments in about one to two business days. Central and East Coast states usually receive shipments in about two to three business days.
These estimates are for carrier transit time only. Preparation time must also be included before shipping.
Plan Early and Celebrate With Aloha
Once your lei arrives, follow the included care instructions and keep it refrigerated until you are ready to wear or present it.
