Shipping Options and Rates

• Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or FedEx. Delivery times typically range from 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
• Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Expedited orders are prioritized and shipped within 1 business day.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all U.S. states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Processing

• Orders received by 12:00 PM HST will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM HST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Perishable Item Shipping

Because leis are perishable, it’s essential to receive your shipment promptly. We recommend someone be available to receive the package upon delivery.

Damages and Claims

If your leis arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items, and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
